What is included in apartment cleaning?

STANDARD CLEANING

Standard cleaning includes:

  • dry and wet cleaning of the floor (vacuum cleaner is used for all floor coverings)
  • dust removal from all surfaces (up to 180 cm in height)
  • cleaning all glass and mirror surfaces (excluding windows) (up to 180 cm in height)
  • door cleaning
  • outside cleaning of radiators and pipes
  • switches and sockets cleaning
  • baseboard cleaning
  • floor and wall lamp cleaning (up to 180 cm in height)
  • sanitary premises cleaning (does not include plaque and stone removal)
  • kitchen furniture cleaning (outside)
  • cleaning large kitchen equipment from the outside (refrigerator, oven, stove, etc.)
  • vacuum cleaning of upholstered furniture (dry only)

We arrange activities like dishwashing, changing bed linens, and cleaning fireplace glass after reaching an agreement with the client.

The cost of additional services, according to the price list, is 12 euros / per hour.

GENERAL CLEANING

A large-scale cleaning should be carried out in the house at least once a year. Our general cleaning includes:

  • dry and wet cleaning of floors (vacuum cleaner is used for all floor coverings)
  • dust removal from horizontal surfaces (the height is determined by the client, but if the height is higher than 3 m, the client must have his own
  • stepladder)
  • cleaning all glass and mirror surfaces (not including windows)
  • door cleaning
  • cleaning pipes and radiators outside
  • cleaning switches and sockets
  • cleaning baseboards
  • cleaning walls from light dirt*

*places of intensive use (schools, kindergartens, bars, cafes, offices, etc., are discussed separately)

  • cleaning floor and wall lamps (if the lamp is ceiling, then at the client’s must have a stepladder)
  • cleaning sanitary facilities (includes removing plaque, tartar)
  • cleaning kitchen furniture (outside and inside)
  • cleaning large kitchen equipment outside and, at the client’s request, inside (refrigerator, oven, stove, freezer, etc.)
  • vacuum cleaning upholstered furniture (dry only)

Such activities as washing dishes, changing bed linen, cleaning fireplace glass, etc. are arranged upon agreement with the client.

What is included in regular cleaning?

Main works:

  • Removing dust from accessible surfaces, including floors, baseboards, furniture, and interior details. Regular cleaning of premises also involves treating the outside of household appliances.
  • Washing mirrors and glass surfaces. (Attention! Window washing can be ordered separately, as an additional service). Experienced specialists know how to perform high-quality cleaning without leaving unsightly streaks and annoying scratches.
  • Cleaning window sills and radiators (outside). Thanks to their excellent skills, our specialists can easily deal with hard-to-reach dirt.
  • We clean up the bathroom. If necessary, we disinfect the plumbing using gentle chemicals.
  • Our specialists will take care of the comprehensive disinfection of shower cabins, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, and bidets.
  • Removal of light dirt in the kitchen.

It is also possible to order additionally, for an additional fee, the removal of more severe dirt, such as: oil stains, traces of grease. And also washing dishes.
